Modern Luxury in Prime Location

Neudobno i nedovoljna higijena Positive: Dobra opremljenost uređajima Negative: Po dolasku nas je dočekala prljava posteljina. Prve dve noći spavali smo u odeći jer posteljina nije bila čista i sami smo morali sami da je operemo. Kreveti i ležajevi bili su izuzetno neudobni i škripali su tokom spavanja. Smeštaj je udaljen 12–15 minuta hoda od metroa/autobusa, ali je dobra povezanost sa centrom grada moguća jednim prevozom, bez presedanja. Zbog loših iskustava prethodnih gostiju, još pre dolaska smo više puta insistirali i kod domaćina i kod Booking.com-a da provere ispravnost vrata i brave i upozoravali na moguće probleme. Uprkos našim upozorenjima i insistiranju, po dolasku smo zatekli smeštaj koji nije mogao da se zaključa. Komunikacija sa domaćinom bila je veoma loša, a reakcije domaćina i Booking.com-a na prijavljene probleme spore i neefikasne. Zbog kvara na vratima smeštaj je ostao otključan čitav jedan dan, a na dolazak majstora čekali smo do narednog dana, skoro pola dana. Booking.com nam tokom boravka nije pružio konkretnu pomoć, niti je pokazao dovoljno interesovanja da proveri kvalitet i bezbednost smeštaja koji oglašava.

Positive: Чисто, хорошее расположение, есть бесплатная и свободная парковка около дома, сам дом приятно выглядит, соотношение цена-качество Negative: Хотелось бы добавить бортики к двухъярусной кровати были небольшие проблемы с системой открытия двери Nuki, мы написали хозяину и он выслал код

Negative: Scam at worst, total incompetence at best. Easy enough to find, instructions were sent beforehand, but opening the apartment door via app did not work at all despite following the instructions exactly („not calibrated“ indicating it was not fully set up correctly). A late night check in (0-1am) had been agreed upon beforehand. The number provided to call for help was not reachable - not at that time and not ok the next day at any point. Messages were answered at first, but only by some vague third entity between customer and owner it seems - and only offering vague, unhelpful or outright nonsensical/out of place answers („we are checking your request in the team and will get back to you, thanks for your patience“, only to then never get back and also never giving an estimate or anything - or „we have send you thr instructions earlier today“ or „check in is 16-20:00“ while, as mentioned before, explicitely having agreed to a later check-in beforehand), occasionally switching to full on ghosting for 8 hours or more. Even by the second night, no actual help was provided, no call could be established. We had to book other places to stay spontaneously which if course did not come cheap. Even now after the conpletely failed stay (to be extra clear, we did not get into the appartment after trying for two nights and then gave up) there has been no insight or actual excuse, but instead I got multiple (!) messages saying „We hope you enjoyed your stay!“. Ridiculous.
