Modern Luxury in Prime Location

Negative: Scam at worst, total incompetence at best. Easy enough to find, instructions were sent beforehand, but opening the apartment door via app did not work at all despite following the instructions exactly („not calibrated“ indicating it was not fully set up correctly). A late night check in (0-1am) had been agreed upon beforehand. The number provided to call for help was not reachable - not at that time and not ok the next day at any point. Messages were answered at first, but only by some vague third entity between customer and owner it seems - and only offering vague, unhelpful or outright nonsensical/out of place answers („we are checking your request in the team and will get back to you, thanks for your patience“, only to then never get back and also never giving an estimate or anything - or „we have send you thr instructions earlier today“ or „check in is 16-20:00“ while, as mentioned before, explicitely having agreed to a later check-in beforehand), occasionally switching to full on ghosting for 8 hours or more. Even by the second night, no actual help was provided, no call could be established. We had to book other places to stay spontaneously which if course did not come cheap. Even now after the conpletely failed stay (to be extra clear, we did not get into the appartment after trying for two nights and then gave up) there has been no insight or actual excuse, but instead I got multiple (!) messages saying „We hope you enjoyed your stay!“. Ridiculous.

Decepção. Positive: Localização. Negative: Uma palavra define: decepcionante. Funcionários do condomínio super mal educados, 0 simpatia. Te tratam como se você fosse um invasor, ladrao. O apartamento em si dá pro gasto, porém alugam para 4 pessoas, mas não tem estrutura. O apartamento é sujo, mal limpo. O que chamam de sofá cama é um colchão de 1cm de altura, num estrado todo torto. Piscina? Nem pensar. Falam que é permitido só pra ti pagar o airnbn. Quando chega o momento de você querer usar os funcionários não deixam, e ainda mandam você sair. A beliche, mole. Você não pode nem se mexer, se não acorda outra pessoa. Fora o tempo que perdemos tentando abrir a porta, que tem fechadura eletronica mas não funciona com nenhum código fornecido. Dentro do saguão de apartamentos não funciona rede, então você tem que ficar entrando e saindo do prédio para conseguir rede pra falar com o proprietário. Depois de muitas idas e vindas finalmente deram a solução de pegar uma chave reserva. Resumindo, foram os 600€ mais mal pagos de uma estadia.
